As a Site Superintendent, I manage all aspect of the construction of the 2 (out of the 5) towers of the project plus the 14 villas. Being the client representative, I control the Main Contractor and Consultant with all the developments, problems and disputes on the project. My main responsibility is to render decision on all issues in the tower, anticipate potential pitfalls and drive the project to keep-up to the schedule.

Progressively handled almost 300 villas (3 Fronds), As a Project Superintendent, My main responsibility is to drive the General Contractors to always perform at their best, delivering essential instructions and decisions to be able to get the most of the fast-track phase of the project. Resolving all day-to-day issues that comes across throughout the project period. Ensure the villas are of the required quality relative to the finishes acceptable to the client (Nakheel Asset Management). And progressively move to another frond towards completion.

As a Site Engineer, I supervise/manage both the company’s workforce and subcontractors, ensures works to conform to the approved plans and specifications, enhance safety within the work place, formalize vital correspondences and documentations to other companies involved in the project. I ensure works to progress in conformance to the established Quality Management Plan as suggested in the ISO 9001 standards.
