About Rudy Espinoza

I'm the Executive Director of Inclusive Action for the City, a certified Community Development Financial Institution and economic justice organization in Los Angeles. I have over 20 years of experience managing place-based, economic development initiatives for financial institutions and foundations, designing loan funds to support small businesses and more. I am passionate about advocating for economic justice and reducing the racial wealth gap. Put more simply, I work to get resources to communities who haven't had access to them historically. I have the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors of UNIDOS US, the United Way of Greater Los Angeles, ABODE Community Housing, and the Center for Nonprofit Management. I also serve as an advisor to other impact funds and mission-driven organizations. I earned degrees in Business Administration and Urban Planning.
