As MSP Consultant for the Inalfa Resource Desk (managed by Hays Talent Solutions), I was the single point of contact for hiring managers, vendors and other stakeholders w.r.t. the hiring and management process of the external workforce during the implementation period of the MSP program.My core activities included:- Vendor management - Client delivery - Stakeholder management- Recruitment coordination of the external workforce.

As a recruitment coordinator I was responsible for the recruitment process of fix and flex personnel within a large supplier in the world of photolithography systems for the semiconduct industry.Main activities:- Recruitment sparring partner for hiring managers and stakeholder management;- Recruitment Coordination from vacancy intake to hired candidate;- Sourcing through networking, job boards, social media networks/channels and (flex) suppliers;Additional activities:- Coordinator for development & engineering and manufacturing recruitment team.This includes distribution of work within the team and training and coaching of new colleagues.- Operational Excellence for recruitment;

Rabobank Group is an international financial services provider operating on the basis of cooperative principles.As a matching officer I was responsible for placing temporary IT employees at Rabobank Netherlands by coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish.

Recruitment and selection of technical personnel for various high-tech, semiconductor and automotive clients, both through own recruitment and through (temporary) agencies. In addition, all common operational HR work.

In this position I was (partly) responsible for the recruitment and selection of operational and managerial positions, creating SEO optimized job descriptions, conducting interviews, processing and reviewing incoming applications, researching new (E) Recruitment /Sourcing / Social Media Channels and advise ACTRA management of its use , maintenance of website and job boards, Key-User (management) of recruitment system (OTYS), setting up and maintaining Social Media channels for ACTRA, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve Web site (parts) and finally, various administrative activities.
