Develop up strategy to grow sales & profits to key accounts , opportunity accounts and existing customers by identifying items or products that require specific attention in support of the strategy. Pre call planning to conduct efficient sales(cold) calls to prospect and existing customers on a daily basis to increase sales and exceed goals. Reviewed & analyzed financial reports monthly(P&L report) to identify areas of concerns such as controlling expenses, credit & accounts receivable, inventory control to ultimately improve the bottom line for the store.
