In this editing position, I engage in the proofreading and copy editing of articles in English for publication by the European Leadership Programme.

As a teacher of French at LingoFlamingo, I plan and deliver language learning classes to older adults, many of which live with mild cognitive decline or early-stage dementia. Founded on research that suggests that multilingualism can delay the onset of conditions such as dementia, my classes seek to improve the cognitive health of individuals whilst enriching their lives by developing new skills, learning about other cultures, and having some fun along the way. In this position I draw upon my knowledge, skills, and passion surrounding linguistics, language learning, and motor-sensory teaching to make a difference to the lives of my students and hopefully inspire them. I look forward to exploring and furthering this alternative intervention as a means of tackling a very real issue facing a large demographic of our society.

In the position of Venepuncturist with the NHS Scottish Nation Blood & Transfusion Services, I collect blood donations and samples for the use of transfusion and other medical treatments. Working in a fast-paced healthcare environment as part of a multidisciplinary team, my role also heavily focuses on the medical screening of donors and their due care throughout the donation process.

Representing one of the most well-know brands across the world, my time as a Specialist with Apple lead me to facilitating public and business retail interactions.
