Main Responsibility:Oversees section projects from planning to implementation. Monitors the progress of every project/activity of the section.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Spearheads improvement activities and introduction of new innovative solutions to manufacturing processes.2. Spearheads technical analysis of company processes/machines for product/process improvements.3. Participates in meetings and activities gearing towards improvements of company manufacturing processes.4. Spearheads the implementation of approved projects from design to construction.5. Responsible for technical assessment of project requirements and coordination of such with concerned personnel.6. Coordinates the project status and requirements to superior and concerned personnel to facilitate smooth operation and completion of the project.7. Confirms the technical verification of machines converted/constructed before handing over for use in production lines.8. Prepares technical reports about tests conducted, abnormalities encountered, countermeasures made, and recommendations for improvements and submits the same to superior.9. Acts as superior in his absence.10. Performs and maintains inventory of supplies.11. Perform other delegated duties.12. Maintains 5S at all times.13. Promote safety in all work areas at all times.Additional Responsibilities:1. Perform monthly update of Company Technical Drawing for machine lay-out and other company facilities.2. Prepare technical drawing for company lay-out, current and future lay-out for proposal.3. Coordinate the drawing into company top management for approval.
