Responds to communications from guests, travel agents, fax, and or through central reservation system. Creates and maintains reservation records-usually by date of arrival and alphabetical listing prepares letters of confirmation and promptly processes any cancellations and modifications.

Ensure that the kitchen and all surfaces are kept clean and all utensils are clean and in their appropriate place. Refuse is securely bagged and recyclable materials correctly separated. If there is a dishwashing machine, that this is operated correctly (detergent kept full, regularly cleaned).

Includes importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.
