Ensure that all related inspection and testing activities with regards to Environment, Health & Safety procedures and maintenance rules are respected.Monitor the performance of contractor and subcontractors to ensure the respect of work standards and project specifications.Review Method Statement and Inspection Test Plan submitted by Contractor.Attend All coordination meeting with contractor, subcontractor and vendor kick off meeting.Inspect and witness the contractor’s works as per their approved Inspection Test Plan. Raise Non-Conformance Report and Surviellance report for any non conformity and descripancy against standard, specification and procedure found in electrical preservation, installation and testing.

>Ensure that all related inspection and testing activities with regards to Environment, Health & Safety procedures and maintenance rules are respected.>Monitor the performance of subcontractors to ensure the respect of work standards and project specifications.>Coordinate and assist sub contractor to resolve any encountered problems related to inspection and testing activities to meet schedule and avoid any delay of activities.>Inspect and witness the contractor’s works as per their approved Inspection Test Plan.

Review and evaluate Subcontractor claims for variation request if valid in terms of entitlement and pricing.Prepare Work Order and letter to subcontractor for final approval of Subcontract Administrator.Review and check subcontractor final bill of quantities submission as per contract pay item definition, price schedule and final revision or as built drawings.Prepare FBOQ Monitoring Status worksheet for updating, follow up, records and references of dispute, back log, and necessary action of subcontractor.Prepare weekly site photograph for progress monitoring and reference.Prepare cost report and monitor cost increase in terms of potential change orders to determine latest contract value.Coordinate with Engineers and Supervisors for any variation at site. Conduct site inspection and verification. Maintain strict confidentiality and ethics on all contractual matters. Perform duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
