Hey there! I recently graduated with a Psychology degree from the National University of Singapore. My journey has taken me through diverse roles in training and facilitation, product management and instructional design. To me, education is a powerful force of change - its presence helps us face uncertainties of tomorrow with confidence and clarity. My NUS education was transformative, teaching me not only about psychology but also about people, entrepreneurship, and the world at large. I extended my comfort zone inwards by spending a year both in Israel and Canada, rethinking what life and work means to me. Taking the lead in organising large-scale events has also given me many lessons on how to humbly serve those around me with people who believed in me. Outside of school, I co-founded a higher education initiative aimed at empowering juniors at my alma mater to make informed decisions about their higher education (and future!).Now, as I embark on my career with Certis Group under their Management Associate Programme, I’m excited about the leap from L&D/EdTech to the security/ops-tech industry. While this career transition might seem jarring, I’m driven by a strong sense of purpose with my prior experience: to empower clients and stakeholders to embrace uncertainties and make informed decisions. I sincerely hope to still keep the fire for learning alive by mentoring and teaching others along the way!Feel free to connect with me if you feel this same vigour for education, entrepreneurship and people :)
