I have obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (formerly Azerbaijan State Oil Academy) in Baku Azerbaijan, in the department of Petroleum Geology. During studies, I participated in the Young Talents Program, a series of lectures in subsurface disciplines by industry professionals. I obtained my Master's Degree from IFP School, in Paris, France, in the department of Petroleum Geosciences. I had my graduate internship in IFP Energies Nouvelle in the Department of Simulation and Transfer of Flows in Porous Media.I have almost 8 years of experience working as a Geologist in TOTAL. Starting from January 2020, I moved to JOCAP, which is a Joint Operating Company owned by SOCAR Absheron (50%) and TOTAL Absheron (50%), as a reservoir geologist.I have an extensive experience in Operations and Well Site Geology, Exploration and Appraisal, and as Reservoir Geologist. I worked as an operations geologist in different teams, starting with Pore Pressure and Fracture Gradient Prediction, Petrophysics and Formation Evaluation and Well Operations in the department of Characterization and Operations of Wells in Pau, France. I worked as Exploration Geologist on several basins including South Caspian Basin and European Atlantic Margin. I also worked as wellsite geologist on Absheron Field on both development and appraisal branches.
