Ruff Haus founder and pack leader Jonni Bailey brings a blend of passion, common sense, and ingenuity to every project. She has spent over 25 years (more than a century in dog years!) building brands and guiding companies in solving marketing problems and uncovering opportunities. For as long as she can remember, Jonni has been inspired to create. From drawing on walls as a young pup to sketching design solutions on paper as a seasoned pro, her obsession with creating has always driven her to succeed.Jonni honed her marketing instincts while earning a BA in Graphic Design at SDSU and by working in companies of every size and breed. She learned early on that the fast-paced, energetic and diverse client base often found in boutique creative firms was the ideal place for her.In 1997, Jonni founded Ruff Haus Design and began by working from her “haus” with devoted canine co-workers Kosmo and Stella (hence her company name, Ruff Haus Design). From her current office in Little Italy, Jonni leads companies in bringing their unique brand stories and experiences to life. She firmly believes that a company’s brand, while intangible, is its strongest asset and that success is best achieved through a collaborative approach. She values the input and contributions of others, recognizing that it is this collective effort that leads to the most impactful results.When Jonni isn’t immersed in the world of design, she can be found exploring her other passions. Whether it's practicing yoga, riding her paint horse Cisco, or taking a walk with her current canine companions and company mascots Nala and Drax, Jonni's diverse interests reflect her vibrant personality and her belief in the importance of a well-rounded life.
