In my current role as Director of Administration with the Red Brigade, Lucknow, I research available funding sources, prepare proposals, attend fund raising events, provide tours of the facility to potential donors, along with other duties related to obtaining program funds. I am a skilled communicator, both in writing and orally, and I enjoy reaching out to donors, as well as the community. My organizational skills are top-notch, and I am able to handle a number of tasks in a timely fashion.I also maintain and manage every aspect of seeing that social media runs smoothly including content writing & designing posts,promotion of running programs through social media and other methods I am well-versed in the multitasking elements of managing social media accounts and I have tremendous time management and organizational capabilities.Identifying innovative approaches and improved solutions to the challenges both motivate and drive me.Observation, inspiration, and determination are my foundation for success. My philosophy is that introducing fresh perspectives and new techniques allows organization to evolve and grow.
