Over the last 35+ years of my working life, I've handled diverse areas of business. Starting at an entry level, I worked my way up by successfully managing several portfolios including business process re-engineering, human resources, corporate communications and corporate social responsibility as well as setting up two Corporate Foundations.I am always excited creating something new or starting from scratch and delivering on some big hairy audacious goals are set forth before me.Hence when the prospect of leading NASSCOM Foundation (NF) arrived in 2005, I knew this was a great opportunity to lead an entire Industry towards its social objectives. I enjoyed my tenure of five years there.... I spent the next three years exploring various other industry verticals like the Animation, Education Services business and the Staffing Industry.I have been lucky so far - my definition of "luck" being 'CONSISTENT PERFORMANCE MEETING OPPORTUNITY'!!If we are consistently good in our performance, its just a matter of time before we get lucky.
