My professional journey has always been defined by a deep desire to make meaningful things happen and search for better solutions and outcomes. With a PhD in Biotechnology/Molecular Biology, I worked in research, Pharma and Biotech business development and upper management in various large, mid-sized and small companies and organizations across several European countries. Since 2011, I am co-owner of an own business that has started and supported companies and organisations, co-developed products and solutions, and worked at the intersection of investors and entrepreneurs. In 2018 we established a division that develops better, more personalised healthcare solutions for individual clients, including the old knowledge of traditional medicine. My core skills are written and verbal communication, business development, marketing, science, biology, leadership, contracts and negotiation, and I have a compulsion for efficient organisation. Passion and humour are my strengths, impatience my vice, mountains and music my joys.
