- Data center physical infrastructure Solution architecting - Data center physical infrastructure implementation- Identify and work on opportunities with my team through out the sales life cycle until closure.- Direct client and vendors engagement in terms of account and opportunity plans.- Support my team of engineers in client engagement and presales activities of presentations, meetings, client alignment to our solutions services and products- Provide design consultancy services to our clients as well as handle tendering process and project management for our client’s projects. This involves solution design, BOQ preparation, writing RFQ and managing the entire tendering process.- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.- Client engagement and relationship building - Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.- Timely project reporting and escalation.- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.- Project revenue management, Profit and loss and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly- Manages project budget- Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.- Assures project contracts documents are completed and signed- Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.-Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements- Quality assurance data center infrastructure projects within my division
