In my current role I manage the contract for the Barts Health Staff bank. I liaise with key stakeholders in the SLT of the client including the Directors of People, CEO’s & Medical directors for Barts Health, along with divisional service delivery managers to ensure their temporary staffing requirements are met and improve patient safety across the sites.I manage the P&L for the contract as well as managing a number of direct reports. I previously studied Msc in Sports Management and passed with Merit. I’m a skilled public speaker and a frequently deliver succinct presentations to stakeholders.
