I provide fitness without judgement. I love coaching by using a combination body weight movements along with minimal gym equipment. Whether you’re 100 lbs overweight or just need to lose the last 15 lbs, strength training is one of the most effective ways to burn fat and build muscle. Although great for bulking up quickly, heavy lifting isn’t exactly gentle on your muscles and joints. I teach how a little low impact work can still get you serious results and can ensure you stay injury-free and healthy allowing you to meet your fitness goals in a realistic time.I lost 100 lbs over the course of a year and I have a strong passion to guide and teach others who are going through issues or just want to achieve that body that they desire. Most of my adult life I was over weight. At my heaviest I weighed 265 pounds. This happened in part because I retired from the US Navy and lost my identity. I went into a serious depression and the only thing that made feel better was going to workout. I love to help others achieve their fitness.
