​I was born in England, but my earliest education took place in both Switzerland and the United States, leading eventually to a business degree at Rochester Institute of Technology in New York State. In turn this led me to Silicon Valley and experience as a financial manager in the high-tech sector of the San Francisco Bay area. Our family relocation to our new home in Camas was primarily to provide our two young daughters with access to a nationally-acclaimed school system, as well as to escape the crowding and traffic density of Northern California. In addition, my wife and I were attracted to the obvious advantages of the strong sense of community and the high quality of the housing market.I should add that one of my passions is that of long distance backpacking, and I am proud of having completed both the Appalachian Trail, and the Pacific Crest Trail from the Mexico to Canada. In fact my very first footsteps in both Oregon and Washington States were taken on the beautiful and challenging final sections of the Pacific Crest Trail, and gave me the initial idea that this would be the ideal region where I might settle down and raise a young family. ​Having recently successfully navigated the relocation and settling-in process myself, I believe I can now be of help in making the transitional path as smooth as possible for all my clients, and that both my national and international experiences can provide an additional perspective into the most pressing needs of newcomers to the area, independent of their place of origin. It is of course my commitment to provide a total package of help and advice to all my clients, either to sell their house with the minimum stress, or to ensure that they find the very best home for their own special family needs and circumstances.I would be honored to be entrusted with helping you through this very important step in your life.
