Resources Manager
CurrentAccountabilities:Project resource allocations for Customer projects in own geographic regions, resource competence development, accountable for ensuring that project management organization performance is in compliance with Wärtsilä Project Management Methodology and Business Directives.Main Responsibilities:• Assign right resources and competences to projects at the right time, assuring continuous competence development in the organization;• Maintain resource utilization status indicating resource demand vs capacity;• Ensure the implementation of processes and tools according to business as well as Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines;• Ensure dedicated sales support based upon need;• Act as a facilitator addressing resolution of cross-project technical issues;• Act as project management interface in regards to systems integration development;• Participate in continuous improvement of project management processes and way of working;• Develop and motivate project teams/personnel in the organization.
