Managed the Family Readiness Program for a Brigade in the US Army Reserves with units split between six states. Responsible for creating and executing work plans, identifying resources and developing budgets. Briefed Command Teams on program objectives. Implemented a matrix to measure units’ performance. Spearheaded efforts to educate and engage all levels of the chain of command with developing new training curriculum. Contributed to the unit’s combat readiness by promoting effective communication practices between the Command Team and Family Members. Utilized a variety of tools to ensure proper dissemination of information to include newsletters, flyers and social media engagement. Wrote, edited and reviewed layouts and published all communication and marketing products produced for the Command.
