Essential documents required by company. • Effectively managing welfare measures, management - employee get together, picnics & parties.• Designing training courses and materials to meet the training needs of the company.• Maintaining Personnel File Management and to ensure employee punctuality.• Providing communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.• Purchasing printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.• Submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.• Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.• Contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
