CurrentSelected Highlights:1. Programming, troubleshooting, fault finding of fire indicating panel (FIP), and installation of smoke/heat detector of dry fire system. 2. Installation, commissioning, and Fault finding of the Analog module, pressure switches, and temperature sensors along with its networking.3. Installing and replacing Emergency lights, test switches, and circuit breakers along with cable running through the conduit according to AS/NZS 3000. 4. Fire safety inspection and routine testing based on AS1851:2012 standard on dry, wet, and various passive fire measures for residential buildings, commercial buildings, and public schools. 5. Operation and testing of the automatic smoke alarm detection systems and Fire Indicator Panels (FIP) 6. Inspection, operation and testing of fire hydrant system, drencher system, hydrant booster assembly and sprinkler booster assembly (Diesel Fire Pump sets and Sprinkler system) 7. Check passive fire safety measures and Fire Safety Statements for highrise residential and commercial buildings 8. Determination of Fire extinguishers (AS 2444:2001), Fire hose reels (AS 2441:2005), fire blankets (AS/NZS 3504:2006) compliances against fire hazard and different fire classifications. 9. Daily compliance report preparation and sent it to senior management and associated stakeholders. Area of engagement -Medical Research Institute, Stadium, State Library, State Museum, Banks, Age Care, Childcare, Public School, Residential apartments, Government HousingRoutine (Annual/Bi-annual/Monthly) and non-routing testing: -- Fire doors, smoke alarms and heat detectors - Fire detection systems (Smoke/thermal), VESDA and occupancy warning systems (OWS)- Fire indicator panel (FIP), EWIS System, warden intercom point (WIP), MCP and Sounder level- Flow test on hydrant system, Hose Reels, booster assembly, and sprinkler system - Inspections of passive fire systems, including fire doors, solid core doors, fire shutters and fire seals
