• Review and maintain Safety Management System (SMS) documentation. - Highlight barriers to comply with SMS- Identify areas of improvement in SMS- Comply with Statutory Requirements under MOM and NEA• Secretariat of WSH Committee for SBS Transit Rail (North-East Line) • Identify, collect, analyses and report safety and health trends at corporate level (Eg Station safety, Public safety, Workplace Safety).• Conduct workplace inspection - Evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to identify WSH performance gaps.- Evaluate impact of health hazards to employees' safety and prioritize issues based on severity.- Implement solutions to eliminate workplace injury.• Coordinate recertification and surveillance audits and Ad-Hoc audits by regulatory body (Land Transport Authority and Ministry of Manpower)• Carry out Annual Internal Audit in accordance to the following standards- OHSAS 18001 / ISO45001 – Occupational Safety and Health- ISO 55001 – Asset Management- ISO 22301 – Business Continuity• Conduct WSH incident and accident investigations.- Propose corrective and preventive measures to address root cause of incident.- Review investigation findings to identify causes of incidents and accidents.• Implement Annual Safety Program, coordinate WSH programme initiatives for the Organization and employees.

● Prepare equipment such as pumps, filters, compressors for maintenance.● Perform unit start-up, shutdown and plant turnaround activities● Update operating procedures and prepare job pack documentation for equipment repair● Perform troubleshooting and to resolve operational issues and provide support for technical and mechanical teams● Monitor performance to ensure safe and optimal operation of the plant, equipment (e.g. reactors, compressors, pumps and product storage tanks) and pipeline distribution network● Perform structured rounds and take corrective action to maintain equipment and plant operations within safe operating limit
