Management of tests performed according to international standards whilst offering a bespoke service of works. Responsible for leading projects with a total value of £900K/year.- Project´s coordination throughout the different stages and between stakeholders;- Review client requests for new services or products and route to appropriate group as needed.- Integration efforts with IT team to standardise bespoke projects into the CRM platform;- Act as designated liaison person to drive marketing/PR campaigns for the assigned programmes;- Lead change initiatives and develop strategies to increase market share and revenue growth alongside the Directors and other Senior staff.

AMA is a Portuguese Governmental Agency responsible for the administrative modernization, simplification and digital administration of public services.Key Responsibilities:- Business development of the public services delivery network;- Development of integrated services and products for citizens and business;- Co-ordination and implementation of innovative public projects in the administrative modernisation in Portugal: Citizen Spot (“Espaço Do Cidadão” - https://www.ama.gov.pt/web/english/citizen-spot) and Mobile One-Stop-Shop;- Portuguese representative in the European Union E-sens Project (Electronic Simple European Networked Services) Work Package 5.4 “Business Lifecycle”.- Establishment of partnerships with national entities and foreign analogous entities;

One-Stop-Shops are public spaces where multiple services are offered and oriented to citizens and business. Porto´s One-Stop-Shop encompasses 20 different organisations, with a total of 200 employees from different companies and services and 200,000 users per month.Key Responsibilities:- Management and coordination of technical resources;- Leadership, guidance and local management of human resources; - Liaison with and coordination of the various public institutions represented;- Local representation of the Agency for Administrative Modernisation.
