Lead PM team

- Responsible for the project activities from request for quotation(RFQ) to end of life- Business negotiation with customer for pricing, RnD cost reimbursement, warranty agreement.- Champion and lead global team to develop electronics control module for global Commercial vehicle and engine OEMs- Hold gate review with customer, hold weekly/monthly program review meeting with customer world wide, including program status, manufacturing capability, delivery status, quality performance.- Customer requirements analysis, technical proposal definition, reliability&EMC test proposal definition - Hold design review(Schematics, FMEA, DVP&R etc...) with customer- System EMC test plan review and support- Software development and customer application support- Coach and coordinate RnD, manufacturing, quality and sales team- Technical documents review and release- Production line transfer(America to China)- Coach project engineers
