Support the Director and legal counsel in the development and revision of SPDs, Wrap Documents, contracts, agreements.- Assist in creating and launching corporate compensation planning on SuccessFactors. Experience in completing compensation surveys to benchmark compensation by position.- Lead wellness programs (Viverae), review participant behavior, and recommend plan design changes. Plan and organize company-wide health fairs, flu shots, and health assessment screenings.
