• Development, localization, application and improvement of Automotive seats & Interior Components;• Oversee parts development following Nissan standards (NDS/NES) in accordance to QCTmindset (Quality / Cost / Timing);• Negotiate with a seating supplier to manage the cost of the seat development;• Manage the overall development schedule of the seating systems to achieve key program milestones and deliverables;• Working cross-functionally to implement cost reduction, methods and product improvements, and to support prototype and production build activities;• To handle activities between Supplier / Manufacturing / Process / Quality / Logistic / Purchasing / Product Planning;• To report presentations to guide the top managers decisions: development status, critical issues, cost and mass analysis;• To manage Interior group activities regarding to Value optimization (Cost Reduction) and Design review (Product change) ;

[ Product Development Engineer ]- Product development leader of interior vehicle parts, attending the program requirements regarding to cost, timing and quality, in line with the affected areas; - Submit part concept proposal for leadership approval, based on market legal requirements, corporate best practices and Design Studio inputs; - Development of Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) quality tool in order to prevent failures; - Release specification 2D drawing and 3D model with complete information for parts production; - Release initial parts for prototype vehicles assembly in the pilot plant; - Work on solving design issues raised on prototype vehicles; - Evaluate the virtual performance simulation results prior to physical tests and update the design if necessary; - Evaluate the physical tests results with performance engineering to achieve required performance and update the design if necessary; - Release final parts for production in the assembly line; - Interaction and alignment of project development with suppliers; - Project management starting on virtual concept until the start of production; [ Project Engineer ]- Responsible for creating, adapting and virtual integration of components and vehicle systems, performing the model math (parts and assemblies) using Unigraphics (CAD software), making it feasible to be manufactured and assembled;

- Responsible for analyze failure modes and prepare corrective action reports; - Application of quality toolings for solve non conformities(internal and external clients); - Application and moderation of FMEA; - Quality indicators management; - Responsible for PPAP during product development;- Warranty costs management; - Internal environmental auditor.

Responsible to support customers to find solutions using CATIA V5 software on several projects;

- Participation on localization sourcing programs;- RFQ/RFI creation;- Local and international purchasing orders;- Development of new suppliers;- Project cost walk reports;
