CurrentIntegrated at Shared Services Center in Vizela that supports several business of Eureka Group, I'm responsible for the Ecommerce & Digital, of IT/BI Department. Since 2019 accumulating functions in digital transformation, helpping companies of the group to use innovative techniques to solve problems and handle daily operations. And also, as a IT Manager making the administration of Windows Servers and associated services such as AD systems management and supervision of the company's network, infrastructure.Responsible for the key strategy and digital Mkt budget. Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization's websites of Eureka Group. Working together with Marketing establishing strategies for all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and plan the day-to-day management of website operations. With support e-commerce suppliers, conducting final user testing and quality assurance processes on all website pages and new functionalities to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and high-quality user experience UX. Working with service providers to make sure have a robust direct-to-consumer operations integrations like support Payment Methods processing and system order management (OMS) and shipping within our ERP.Skills & Experience:▪ Webmaster;▪ Hardware and Software Maintenance;▪ Supervision of the company's network, infrastructure;▪ Administration of the Microsoft 365 platform and Email Services;▪ Active Directory Domain Services – Group Policy, File Encryption, Domain Name Services, Remote Desktop Services;▪ Project Management, leading Digital Transformation and eBusiness Development;▪ Lead, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);▪ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;▪ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
