Since 2013 I've been in charge of Real Estate Expansion in Grupo Ferreira. The portfolio developed since then includes hotels, office buidings, residential and one lojistic park. As a member of the Board of Directors in Sonae Turismo I've been in charge of Real Estate Development since 2002.For the past 25 years I was responsible for the development of more than one thousand houses and investments that exceed € 1bn.Sonae Capital is a private held company with a turnover of € 170 million and 1500 employees that operates in different business such as tourism, real estate, renewable energy and engineering.Previously, I worked as manager in a project management company called Cinclus and as project leader in Sonae Sierra. Following my degree in civil engineering I was responsible for several building structures design.
