• Oversee/Manage internal functions. Core functional responsibilities willinclude: product delivery; operations, including internal governance/riskmanagement oversight, logistics and the product manufacturing cycle.• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth; helpingto implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, andannual operating planning to maximise returns (P&L).• Contribute to the overall strategic plan of the Company.• With a dotted reporting to the CFO, support the CFO by overseeing thefinance department.• Ensure the establishment and improvement of comprehensive policies andprocedures that help promote and protect the company.• Review and improve (on an ongoing basis) all internal processes to driveefficiency, remove risk and effectively manage costs.• Ensure the timely resolution of potential issues, complaints and feedbackinclusive of investigation and determination of lessons/responses to ensurecontinuous improvement.• Oversee supply chain.• Be the face of applications for new and/or amended regulatorycertifications/authorizations to ensure that the company has well documentedoperational processes designed to support its regulated activities.
