The objective of the consultancy was to imporver the design and construction of luxury housing to forighners. The realestae arm of the company was poorly managed and hampered by beurocratic systems. The owner asked me to reingeneer their systems to address the demands of their north European clinets., who demanded efficiency and quality.The objective was also to streamline the processes to make savings and improve profits.I Re-engineering the Administration Systems by reducing the administrative system from 21 steps down to 7 and from a 18 month time-line for building completion to 9 months, resulting in an overall increase in revenue of 35% through increased efficiency in communication and administrative processes.
