- Contributed to defining, improving and documenting the company design & development processes to follow best practices.- Led the technology strategy definition and planning for projects and developed innovative solutions for notable clients including TVCine, KindaHome, and Seaside.- Designed, developed and fully documented a Shopify-SAP integration system for syncing products and other relevant data between the platforms, its tech stack was: Koa.js for API server; GraphQL for Shopify queries; MongoDB for configuration, logging, and job management; Vue.js for back-office dashboard; Bree.js for cron-like job scheduling.- Managed multiple teams and clients while ensuring on-time high-quality deliveries and managing expectations, which resulted on higher client trust and on-going relationships.- Contributed to business growth through crafting client proposals and performing accurate budgeting and time estimations.- Optimized and managed internal processes, tools and technology infrastructure.

- Defined the product vision, features, road-map and business plan for creating a location-based digital content platform on the web, gaining experience in full-cycle product development, from ideation to market testing.- Successfully pitched the project and was accepted into a entrepreneurship program, finishing as one of the winners, was also accepted in the Tourism Explorers acceleration program, gaining valuable insights into market fit and product viability.- Technologically it was an hybrid (native + web) application composed of: -- Frontend: Ionic Framework with Angular following component-driven development and Apollo GraphQL for Backend communication.-- Backend: a two-app structure using Elixir for high concurrency and fault-tolerance: API: Phoenix Framework and Absinthe for GraphQL support; Data: Ecto SQL for database interactions with PostgreSQL.- Designed all the brand visuals including a Design System to ensure consistency.

- Founded a diverse collective of creatives, including developers, designers, and video editors and secured acceptance into an entrepreneurship program, being one of the winners of a €10,000 investment.- Conceived a professional hub inspired by personal freelancing experiences, addressing the fragmentation of existing platforms. Which was developed with a scalable business model, leveraging client work to fund the platform development while pursuing entrepreneurship opportunities.- Developed pre-alpha technology serving as a foundation for the Placesum app content creation tools using Elixir and the Phoenix Framework.- Worked with different clients and delivered projects from Marketing and E-commerce websites to Mobile and web apps, and some graphic and product designs.

- Started as a Graphic Designer and rapidly advanced to lead the web design & development department due to proven expertise and quick growth.- Contributed heavily to the company's transition from Flash-based websites to modern HTML5 and JavaScript solutions and elevated the quality standard for web projects, introducing reactive websites with strong SEO performance.- Led R&D efforts, including the development of a 1st person-like web experience for 3D space exploration that was focused on tourism applications. It used WebGL to be universally accessible via web browsers.
