Responding to the growing intervention of the Groupe Bel in many different forums, the aim of this function is to develop a strong network of contacts with governments, federations, associations and other entities that will be key to support the business of Bel in the four south of Europe countries (Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece).

In charge of Bel Portugal Quality Direction.Regulatory hub coordinator for the South of Europe countries (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Malta and Cyprus).

Implementation of the most demanding management systems in the food industry ( FSSSC 22000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001).Coordination of several development projects that lead to the market launch of new products, with a good contribution to the company's turnover increase.

Aditionally to the coordination of the Portuguese subsidiary quality area, I was in charge of industrial products sales (whey powder, butter and substandard cheese).

Quality director of the Spanish and Portuguese subsidiaries of the Group and also for the comercial and technical coordination of the outsourced industrial activities.

Responsible for the creation of a quality policy shared by the 5 plants.Creation of several quality standards.
