GAIM FO Risk Department⏺️ Produce risk metrics for the GAIM FO DPM desks: ▶️Volatility/Value-at-risk/tracking error using analytical and historical methodologies; ▶️ Stress testing, including user defined scenarios and shocks; ▶️ Sharpe Ratio.⏺️ Modelling of financial products processes in the bank internal systems;⏺️ Perform several analytical and substantive controls (Return on assets, Assets turnover, Instruments Risk rating and Concentration, VaR, Retrocession fees);⏺️ Assist on the quarterly presentation of DPM risk findings to the Bank’s Risk CommitteeSoftware: Excel, Access, Bloomberg, APT, PowerBi, & SAP Business Objects (BI4).

GM FO EMEA Sales/Trader Assistants - Fixed Income Credit Flow⏺️ Sales/Trader Desk Deal capture, Novation’s & Post trade event management;⏺️ CDS & Options pricing calculation on Bloomberg;⏺️ Credit risk simulations to check available limits to trade and monitor CSA impacts and P&L;⏺️ Attend client meetings together with relationship managers, understanding their needs and presenting solutions;⏺️ Produce KPI reports and participate in management committees;⏺️ Guide the implementation of several projects, automation of tasks & procedures and work to thoughtfully develop the department and its functions;⏺️ Management of 2 teams (7 FTE), recruitment needs, objectives & year appraisals.Software: Excel, PowerBi, QCD, Focus, Bloomberg, RiskNav, MarkitServ/TradeServ & IceLink.

Finance Department / FP&A⏺️ Profitability, financial analysis of several bank partnerships, BU’s and respective forecast;⏺️ Commercial tariff/pricing analysis and respective renegotiations;⏺️ Run meetings with BU’s directors and CFO in the analysis of deviations and budget control;⏺️ Regulatory reporting (ASFAC and Bank of Portugal) & Bank annual management report;⏺️ Competition Financial Analysis (analysis of financial statements, annual reports and P&L) with quarterly presentation to the Bank’s Executive Committee.Software: Excel, Navision, PowerBi & PowerPoint.

GMO Credit & IRD Fees & Commissions Management (Accounts Payable)⏺️ Booking/Reconciliation of brokerage trading fees invoices with a monthly savings track record;⏺️ Ensuring timely swift payments are made to brokers;⏺️ Variance trading fees analysis and Reporting.Software: Excel, Access, Focus, Murex, Calypso, SAP Business Objects (BI4), Intellimatch & Swift.

DFME – Financial Markets and Research (Operations)⏺️ Matching of trades & payments;⏺️ Automatization of reports, tasks and aid in the implementation of new platforms.Software: Excel, Kondor+, Calypso, Bloomberg, MarkitServ, Icelink & Swift.
