Reporting directly to Ford After Sales Manager, I was responsable for a 5 elements team splited in Trainers, Field Engineers and warehouse logistic coordinator. Main functions developed in this area, can be highlighted in the following:▪ Technical and non Technical training supervision▪ Develop and coordinate annual training programs▪ Field Engineers Team Coordination▪ Monitor Field engineers visits data base and close cases▪ Technical Service Operation Supervisor▪ Coordinate Special tools strategy and dealers distribution▪ Coordinate workshop equipments launch and usage▪ Establish bridge with technical channels in FoE▪ Coordinate and follow up recall actions in field

Reporting directly to Ford of Portugal Sales Manager, I was responsible to follow, support and develop all sales activities in 2 major sales areas composed by 9 dealerships. As part of my contribution, I can highligth the following major tasks: ▪ Support sales business of Ford network. ▪ Definition of annual sales volume objectives ▪ Monitoring volume sales to big fleets and major customers ▪ Improved business practices of sales teams in the relationship with customers ▪ Support marketing and CRM activities ▪ Management and planning of car orders
