Some of DICE’s partners include Avant Gardner in New York, Primavera Sound in Barcelona, and Pitchfork Festival in Paris.-Primary point of contact and escalation for major key accounts.-Building high-level relationships with key accounts, focusing on service and growth targets.-Performing analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and managing day-to-day client relationships.-Taking part in projects and contributing to the development of the company’s product.-Supporting the Account Management team with contract renewals and ensuring a high retention rate is maintained.-Providing technical consultation and administrative support to all major key accounts.-Ensuring all national tour schedules are followed and managing all venue and allocation changes.-Completing end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing clients (promoters and venues) in the EMEA region according to DICE’s SLAs. -Managing the technical implementation of all DICE app features and APIs including setting up events, payment flow, seating charts, waiting lists, ticket transfers, pre-sales, sales, and promotions. -Delivering product training sessions via Web Conferences and face-to-face.-Recognizing and escalating recurring problems, inferior processes, and outdated procedures to the Product and Development team.-Providing induction, mentorship, and continuous support to new inductees and junior colleagues.-Maintaining strong relationships with internal parties, such as; Account Managers, Product, Content, Sales, and Support Teams, and external parties, such as event promoters and venue owners.-Utilizing various CRM tools to document all processes and manage projects.
