• Maintaining mud, spacer and completion fluid specifications within client requirements.
• Providing daily DFG analysis and modelling of hole cleaning, swab & surge and hydraulics.
• Pre-emptive planning to fulfil mud volume & additive requirements, ensuring sufficient quantities are available for all possible scenarios at rig-site. Design, supervision and execution of all rig-site fluid mixing and.
• Maintaining accurate rig-site chemical inventory and sales tickets, ensuring submission of same in a timely manner.
• Active monitoring of wellbore stability and pore pressure trends, altering fluid composition to pre-empt or counter issues.
