- Developed a machine learning program to predict esterase promiscuity, EP-Pred which achieved 0.9 precision and 0.82 F1 score on the test set. It was experimentally validated when it predicted 10 promiscuous sequences from a database of +270.000 sequences- Created Satumut to perform saturated mutagenesis on 3D structures. It is available to be used internally with our in-house simulation software PELE.
