Participated in comprehensive user research to Proto’s early-stage product development. Collaborating and building an exclusive CX community for Proto Partners along with two other part-time colleagues under senior leaders’ supervision. The community was launched in October.

ShareGo raised $60K in Angel funding and achieved ~$200K sales revenue in 18 months. Application Gurup launched in the Apple store in 2021. The startup aimed to enrich overseas students' lifestyles by empowering gurus to organize activities with the best efficiency.Roles and responsibilities Rianna was undertaking: · Strategic Designing and Planning · UX Design· Market research; User Research, Competitors analysis · Accomplished Product Requirement Document with the Project manager. · Product prototyping and testing · Customer Relationship Managing · Marketing Rianna was invited by her seniors to join the start-up team when she was in her second year of undergraduate. In 2018, the team developed a mini-program on WeChat. Later, an investor has joined and helped the team register and establish ShareGo Technology, which became one of the subsidiaries of Joidea Creative Pty Ltd. The start-up is currently developing an application named Gurup, which is aimed to connect gurus and experts from diverse interest areas and build a gurus' community. Gurup is a tool to help team leaders organise outdoor events and activities. The application was published and launched on the Apple store in 2020.

Hundun owns the largest business learning network with 400k startup owners and entrepreneurs as an organization globally. Ruiwen was one of the two direct assistants of the owner of the company, Shanyou Li(the co-creator& co-founder).. Researching and preparing curriculum materials about the First Principle and disruptive innovation in businesses.She has successfully co-directed and hosted online broadcasting events with a max of 10,000 audiences to deliver course materials and learning; Ruiwen also assisted a cross-disciplinary team to redesign Shanyou Li's latest curriculum and helped achieve the B2C marketing KPIs.Hundun University is a place that teaches Disruptive Innovation and the nature of the business world. The content of Shanyou Li's curriculum is alike the fundamentals in strategic design, which includes: · The First Principle · The Second Curve (in the product/service life cycle)

Projects Rianna has participated and researched: A minimum viable product (MVP) - Dialogue, developed by the Lab with its original business methodology; Smart Office Driven by the Digitalized Era.Rianna also researched in-depth case studies such as the MUJI Hotel established in Shenzhen in 2020, in the area of Spacial Commerce.
