● Designed and taped out multi-chip self-aligning Ka-Band phased array. The prototyped 1 × 7 array demonstrates 20-step beamsteering across ±30⁰ without phase calibration.● Proposed a phase alignment technique for scalable phase arrays at mm-wave frequencies. Fabricated a prototype chip demonstrating ±80⁰ range with 20⁰ phase step between two elements of 35GHz frequency multipliers. The multipliers generate 35GHz outputs with <-117dBc/Hz phase noise at 1MHz offset and 85fs jitter.● Designed and taped out multiple RF/millimeter-wave building blocks including 35GHz and 70GHz frequency multiplier, 70GHz PA, active balun, power combiner, power detector, etc.● Designed and taped out a 28 GHz Type-II PLL in 65nm CMOS with <-100 dBc/Hz in-band phase noise.
