I am the key interface between supply planning and the business markets to align the sales plan and strategy with the supply plans. I collaborate with markets (Automotive OEMs and Tiers) to drive unconstrained demand plans for finished goods to ensure clear requirements for supply planning.My key responsibilities include:> Assess, validate, and consolidate 24 months of unconstrained demand plan for finished goods at distribution center level> Drive, monitor and ensure forecast accuracy and bias, inventory targets are achieved> Run Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with the stakeholders to discuss and resolve demand issues while acting as a Single Point of Contact for stakeholders> Participating in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process with a particular focus on the alignment between the demand plan and the business plan (OP/QOR)> Collaborate with forecasters at the affiliates to improve forecast accuracy (WAPA, MAPE) & bias> Reduce business exposures around product life cycle management including product launches, phase in/phase out and end of life> Develop and maintain statistical models to mitigate risks to come up with the best business outcome> Supports Business Group LSS initiatives through data analytics and continuous process improvement
