A few notable accomplishments during my tenure at Northrop Grumman of which I am incredibly proud include:● Transforming the ERP digital platform with a selective data migration to SAP S/4 on prem for 100,000 US users while reducing technical debt, simplifying enterprise organizational structure, and harmonizing disparate business processes. ● Driving business agility and overall exceptional performance by coordinating the successful global implementation of the SAP S/4 ERP platform across 6 countries, enabling Northrop Grumman’s digital transformation to a cloud-based environment. ● Launching a new Netherlands Distribution Center (NLDC) supporting the consolidation of global Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) production and parts delivery, successfully yielding $15M in freight costs and avoidance as well as millions of dollars in value-added tax obligations savings. ● Directing efforts to establish a foundational strategy, process, and project plan to facilitate the timely and cost-effective completion of future implementation projects, creating streamlined procedures to secure budget approval and encourage open communications.
