With over 20 years of work experience in the IT sector, I am a service and project manager with a passion for innovation, blockchain, and service design. I currently work for Mensoft - NTTData, an IT service provider and partner of the European Commission. I am responsible for the IT governance of the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI), a joint initiative to build a secure and scalable blockchain platform for public services across Europe. I hold CCNA, CCNP, Prince2 and ITIL V3 certifications, and I am studying a degree in mathematics.In my current role, I apply my technical and managerial skills to coordinate the release management and service design processes for EBSI. I work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the quality, security, and interoperability of the blockchain architecture based on Hyperledger BESU. I also leverage my writing and research skills to produce technical documentation, user guides, and best practices for the EBSI community. Previously, I was a technical writer for AmaZix, a cryptoasset consultancy firm, where I wrote engaging and informative content for various blockchain projects and platforms.
