Senior Client Services Specialist Iii
Current- Provide administration support to Quest CE clients
- Working within the various State DOI’s and Designation Boards for instructors and attendees within the state-mandated requirements and the Quest CE Service Standards
- Perform data entry of information to maintain database(s) through custom software. Responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data.
- Work closely with the Manager providing administrative support, and taking lead on projects when assigned.
- Conduct monthly audits and follow up with team members to correct any discrepancies.
- Monthly maintenance and clean-up of all Microsoft Outlook Inboxes that are used by the Team.
