Current• Provide administration support to Quest CE clients• Working within the various State DOI’s and Designation Boards for instructors and attendees within the state-mandated requirements and the Quest CE Service Standards• Perform data entry of information to maintain database(s) through custom software. Responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data.• Work closely with the Manager providing administrative support, and taking lead on projects when assigned.• Conduct monthly audits and follow up with team members to correct any discrepancies.• Monthly maintenance and clean-up of all Microsoft Outlook Inboxes that are used by the Team.• Create and maintain a printing and shipping document for the team.• Add new instructors monthly to NetSuite.• Create and maintain monthly sales orders for voucher cards within NetSuite and close any associated sales orders.• Assist with processing all seminar setup requests received and notifying the states of the course offerings. • Process client-specific requests as they relate to seminar setups.• Work directly with instructors in answering questions regarding the seminar setup process, rostering requirements, certificates, etc.• Perform data entry of information to maintain the Quest CE database(s) through the custom software. Responsible for accuracy, efficiency, and retrieval of processed data. • Assist with tracking all seminar attendance rosters received – audit as needed for errors and advise management of any issues with the attendance sheets. • Back-up contact on client-specific requests regarding seminar attendance, enrollment procedures, CE credits, certificates of completion, voucher card redemptions, instructor questions, and historical information.• Input seminar attendees into Quest CE’s client database and update and correct the database, as needed.• Provide daily telephone, email, and live chat support for the Team.
