Engaged in contact center implementation project- Advice vendors and clients on project implementation approach.- Collect business requirement from clients and ensure completeness of requirement gathering done by vendors.- Ensure quality and completeness of functional specification done by vendors.- Identify, track and manage issues occur in the project.

Engaged in full development cycle of Enterprise Data Warehouse Project and Data Marts Implementation in one of the leading bank in Thailand.- Re-design current EDW model to align with industry standard- Re-design Retail Customer Segmentation Data Mart model to minimize data redundancy and improve efficiency of ETL process.- Assess database server current environment usage and issues of data mart for campaign analytic, define to-be architecture and logical model as well as define gaps between current and to-be architecture. Then provide recommendation for action plan, quick win solution, database server maintenance framework.- Assess impacts to the EDW model when change requests were required

Engaged in various International Accounting Standard 39 (IAS 39) System Implementation projects.- Work as project management officer to co-ordinate with various vendors and to identify, track and manage risks and issues occur in the project.- Assist clients in reviewing functional specification document, solution design and data mapping.- Perform data gap assessment to assess the client’s data availability for IAS 39 system implementation.- Perform IT gap assessment to assess the impact of client’s source system prior to IAS 39 system implementation.- Assist clients in developing Request for Proposal (RFP) for vendor selection of IAS 39 system

Engaged in campaign management and analytic tool for retail customer project (KTransformation Project).- Co-ordinate with vendors and other parties regarding technical issues during implementation of campaign management tool.- Identify track and manage risks and issues occur in the project.- Ensure integration between project and related application.- Conduct proof of concept (POC) for campaign management tool selection and set IT baseline for vendors.- Plan and conduct stress testing during POC.- Analyze data and identify business opportunities using slice and dice method to analyze customers and their behavior in order to identify business opportunities for retail customers.

Engaged in full development cycle of Enterprise Data Warehouse Project and Data Marts Implementation in one of the leading bank in Thailand.- Gather business requirement from users and develop the business requirement documents.- Design data flow, processing logic, tables structure and transformation rules according to business requirements and financial service data model (FSDM).- Prepare full test cycles of data mart development including test strategy, test plan and test cases during unit test, system integration test and user acceptance test.- Area of familiarities: Profitability Analysis Data Mart, Asset Liability Management Data Mart and Marketing Data Mart.
