The mission of Bentley Community Services is to help and provide for working families in the Central New Jersey region of communities who are struggling financially and having difficulty making ends meet.

• Managed multiple projects for applications such as wound dressings, surgical meshes, and vacuum assisted tissue closure system, in various stages of product development lifecycle.• Managed multi-sited cross-functional teams and ensured the project team meets operational objectives.• Experienced in coordinating, negotiating and motivating vendors in support of timeline and deliverables.• Managed Engineering Change Request process.• Created and managed Microsoft project plans to track and ensure timely completion of deliverables.• Successfully led projects through phase gates.• Compiled and managed design history files to meet applicable regulations.

• Developed manufacturing processes for inguinal hernia mesh (510K approved and commercialized), and ventral/incisional hernia mesh products.• Developed processing conditions development for neurovascular embolization device• Aided the development of the proprietary platform, a permanent macroporous scaffold based on reticulated polycarbonate-polyurethane-urea. This initiative resulted in 2 available to license formulations.• Supported mold design, conducted material selection / sourcing of polymer and developed the molding process for disc herneation repair device. Supported device characterization including dynamic testing.• Testing Laboratory Management:-Managed 3 quality and materials engineers, including hiring, daily supervision, mentoring.-Developed and authored material characterization and device testing methods.-Generated protocols and reports for setting material specifications, verification testing, and experimental studies.-Determined optimal processing conditions for device manufacturing.• Research:-Researched literature and authored a technology assessment report for antimicrobial functionalization for Biomerix Biomaterial and devices.-Assisted proposal writing for NSF-SBIR grant by summarizing research findings on Negative Pressure Wound Therapy.

•Created and implemented SOP’s for new pharmaceutical products in class 100,000 clean room.•Designed decommissioning procedures for primary and auxiliary processing equipment.•Conducted internal ISO audit for annual ISO visit.

•Investigated and resolved customer processing problems. •Evaluated polystyrene and high impact polystyrene products in applications currently filled by competing resins.•Published processing guidelines for new grades of resins.
