Leading the team developing of the Agriculture Cluster Development Program Management Information System (ACDP MIS), Agriculture Water Management Information System (AWMIS), Agriculture Mechanization Technologies Information System (AMTIS) and providing support to the National Food and Agricultural Statistics System (NFASS) for the Ministry of Agriculture Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF). My responsibilities included planning and monitoring the different aspects of the projects, requirements gathering and documentation, ensuring quality checks and control, managing the production of the required deliverables, managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans, stakeholder management, managing project administration and conducting project evaluation reviews to assess how well delivery of the project has been handled.
