Researcher for the Aging Adult Brain Connectome (AABC) study (UMN team). In collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital, University of California Los Angeles, and Washington University in St. Louis. Obtaining longitudinal data (neuroimaging, cognitive testing, and blood) to generate within-participant brain trajectories for up to 10 years from a cohort of around 1200 individuals.My main responsibilities include working 1:1 with individuals (36-100+ years old) on site over a couple of days, which includes consenting, phlebotomy, blood processing, operating the 3T and 7T MRI scanners, administering cognitive & behavioral testing, along with data cleaning and organization, quality checking, among other various tasks.

Headwaters Relief Organization is a Minnesota-based disaster relief organization that provides national and international medical, psychological, and educational support to in-need communities. My role included encapsulating the experiences of folks who volunteered through Headwaters in Haiti since 2010 to provide various forms of support to the affected communities (primarily children). I have conducted 1:1 interviews with medical doctors, pediatric psychologists, security staff, and other community members who have repeatedly been to Haiti (which is extremely vulnerable to natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, etc.) and collected their personal experiences to honor their honest and altruistic work in Haiti and help spread awareness on these topics.
