With over 15 years of experience in leadership, I bring a unique perspective and a passion for reimagining the future of organizations by putting people at the center of the organization’s mission, vision, and purpose. My core competencies include creative thinking, problem-solving, and design, which I have applied in various roles and projects throughout my career. I have also earned multiple credentials and honors, such as the AIGA Fellow, the 2021 Iowa State Alumni Design Achievement Award, and professional certificates from Harvard, Northwestern, and Yale. I have published and presented on topics such as inclusive organizational cultures, creativity, advocacy, design principles, design thinking, and design education.
