Defining the scope of customers to prepare sales plan for the monthly, quarterly and annual basis.• Following with the export and local customers for new orders and payments• Managing documentation for the export shipments• Addressing customer issues and collecting their feedback through one on one communication• Preparing periodic sales forecasts, reports, order requisition sheets for management analysis and decision making
